Bar Tasting Menu │ $185

This reservation is for dinner at the award-winning bar at KATO. The menu features 5-7 courses that are entirely distinct from the menu served in the dining room and is available for only 12 guests each night. Guests can choose a wine or alcohol free flight to accompany dinner or watch the bar team make a cocktail from our extensive list.

corkage fee │ $75 per 750ml bottle, 2 bottle maximum

An 18% fair wage and operational fee will be added to your bill. It goes to provide elevated, comprehensive benefits, as well as consistent, livable wages for all staff. Though many of our guests choose to leave gratuity for exemplary service, it is neither necessary nor expected, though it is greatly appreciated. This gratuity will be shared by all hourly staff.
